Once you approve the plan, we handle the arrangements and provide on‑trip support. We can arrange custom itineraries in most major European destinations (for example Italy, France, Spain, UK, Ireland, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and more), subject to availability and season.

We will advise you if certain requests are not realistic and suggest good alternatives.

For the best choice of hotels, guides, and special experiences, we recommend starting planning 4–9 months in advance, and even earlier for peak seasons or popular events. Minor changes are often possible, but they may affect price and availability and may be subject to change fees depending on our suppliers’ policies. 

 International flights to and from Europe are usually not included, but we can advise on good flight options or route structure if needed. In many cities or regions, you can choose private guided days with a dedicated driver‑guide, and other days may be self‑guided with our detailed recommendations. Your proposal will spell out when a guide or driver is included.  We can arrange trains, flights, or private transfers between cities as part of your itinerary if you wish; these options and their costs will be clearly itemized.
